1) Who we are
This website allows users to register and log in using Facebook Login, Google Login, or direct registration with email and password. We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
2) What data we collect
2.1 Account creation & login

Facebook Login / Google Login: We receive your name and email address from the provider to create and maintain your account. We do not receive your password for Facebook/Google.

Direct registration (email & password): You provide your name, email address, and a password (hashed).

Optional profile details you may choose to add in your user area.
2.2 Comments
When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) created from your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After comment approval, your profile image may be visible with your comment.
2.3 Media
If you upload images, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Site visitors may download and extract location data from images on the site.
2.4 Cookies

We use cookies to operate the site, keep you logged in, remember preferences, and help prevent spam.

If you leave a comment, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies for convenience (typically up to 1 year).

Visiting the login page may set a temporary cookie to check if your browser accepts cookies (no personal data; discarded when you close the browser).

When you log in, session cookies are set. “Remember me” can persist your login (typically up to 2 weeks). Logging out removes login cookies.

Editing/publishing content may set an additional cookie containing the post ID (no personal data; expires after ~1 day).
2.5 Embedded content
Articles may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, posts). Embedded content from other websites behaves as if you visited those websites. They may collect data, use cookies, and track your interaction, including if you are logged in to those services.
2.6 Technical logs
For security, diagnostics, and fraud prevention, we may process limited technical data (e.g., IP, timestamps, user agent, pages accessed).
3) Why we process data (purposes)

6) Data retention

Account data: kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, associated personal data is permanently erased from our active systems (subject to limited backups and legal obligations).

Comments: retained indefinitely unless you request deletion (or unless required to remove earlier).

Technical logs: retained for a limited period necessary for security, diagnostics, and legal compliance.
7) Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data.
8) How to delete your data (Data Deletion)
You can delete your data in either of the following ways:

Self-service: Log in → go to User Account / Profile → choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data (including name and email obtained via Facebook/Google or provided directly).

By request: Email privacy@galadany.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and delete your data in a timely manner in accordance with applicable law.
Important (for Meta/Google): Deleting your account on our site removes the data we obtained via Facebook or Google Login (name, email) from our systems.
9) Children’s privacy
This site is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to online services. We do not knowingly collect data from such children.
10) International transfers
If data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards where required by law.
11) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
For users in Israel, personal data is processed in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and regulations enacted thereunder.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.

האתר מאפשר הרשמה והתחברות באמצעות Facebook Login, Google Login, או הרשמה ישירה עם אימייל וסיסמה.
2) אילו נתונים נאספים
2.1 יצירת חשבון והתחברות

Facebook / Google: מתקבלות מאותו ספק ההזדהות שם ו־אימייל לצורך יצירת חשבון וניהולו. איננו מקבלים את הסיסמה שלך לשירותי Facebook/Google.

הרשמה ישירה: שם, כתובת אימייל וסיסמה (נשמרת בצורה מוצפנת/מגובבת).

פרטי פרופיל אופציונליים לפי בחירתך.
2.2 תגובות
בעת השארת תגובה נאספים פרטי הטופס, כתובת IP ו־User Agent לצורכי זיהוי ספאם. ייתכן שייווצר מחרוזת גיבוב (hash) של האימייל שלך שתישלח לשירות Gravatar. מדיניות הפרטיות של Gravatar: https://automattic.com/privacy/. לאחר אישור התגובה, תמונת הפרופיל שלך עשויה להופיע לצד התגובה.
2.3 מדיה
בעת העלאת תמונות יש להימנע מהעלאת קבצים המכילים נתוני מיקום (EXIF GPS). מבקרים באתר יכולים להוריד ולחלץ נתוני מיקום מתמונות.
2.4 עוגיות (Cookies)

נעשה שימוש בעוגיות להפעלת האתר, שמירת התחברות, העדפות ולמניעת ספאם.

בהשארת תגובה ניתן לשמור (לבחירתך) שם/אימייל/אתר בעוגיות (לרוב עד שנה).

בביקור בעמוד ההתחברות ייתכן שתוגדר עוגייה זמנית לבדיקת תמיכה בעוגיות (ללא נתונים אישיים; נמחקת בסגירת הדפדפן).

בעת התחברות נשמרות עוגיות סשן. “זכור אותי” עשוי להאריך את משך ההתחברות (לרוב עד שבועיים). יציאה מהמערכת מסירה את העוגיות.
2.5 תוכן מוטמע
מאמרים באתר עשויים לכלול תוכן מוטמע (וידאו, תמונות, פוסטים וכו’) המתנהג כאילו ביקרתם באתרים החיצוניים. אתרים אלה עשויים לאסוף נתונים, להשתמש בעוגיות ולעקוב אחר אינטראקציות.
2.6 לוגים טכניים
לצרכי אבטחה, תפעול ובדיקת תקלות ייתכן טיפול בנתונים טכניים מוגבלים (IP, תאריכים, דפדפן, דפים נצפים).

5) שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים

ספקי התחברות: Facebook ו־Google מעבירים לנו שם/אימייל באישורך דרך תהליך ההתחברות.

Gravatar: רק אם נעשה שימוש בתגובות ובשירות זה, לפי מדיניותם.
-
כלי אנטי־ספאם/אבטחה: שירותים אוטומטיים עשויים לבדוק תגובות/בקשות.
איננו מוכרים נתונים אישיים. נחשוף מידע רק כנדרש לתפעול האתר, לעמידה בחוק או להגנה על זכויות ובטיחות.
6) שמירת נתונים

נתוני חשבון: נשמרים כל עוד החשבון פעיל. מחיקת חשבון תגרור מחיקה קבועה של הנתונים הקשורים אליו (בכפוף לגיבויים מוגבלים וחובות חוק).

תגובות: נשמרות ללא הגבלת זמן אלא אם תבקש/י מחיקה.
-
לוגים טכניים: נשמרים פרק זמן מוגבל לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול.
7) הזכויות שלך
בכפוף לדין החל, עומדות לך זכויות עיון, תיקון, ניידות, הגבלה/התנגדות ומחיקה של נתונים אישיים.
8) מחיקת נתונים (Data Deletion)
אפשר למחוק בצורה הבאה:

שירות עצמי: היכנס/י → אזור משתמש / פרופיל → מחיקת חשבון. פעולה זו מוחקת לצמיתות את החשבון וכל הנתונים האישיים (לרבות שם ואימייל שהתקבלו דרך Facebook/Google או שנמסרו ישירות).
-
פנייה למייל: שלחו בקשה למחיקה ל־privacy@galadany.com. נוודא זהות ונטפל במחיקה בהקדם ועל פי הדין.
חשוב (ל־Meta/Google): מחיקת החשבון באתר מוחקת מהמערכת שלנו את הנתונים שהתקבלו דרך Facebook/Google (שם, אימייל).
9) פרטיות ילדים
האתר אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל הרלוונטי לפי דין. אין לנו כוונה לאסוף מידע מילדים כאמור.
10) העברות בינלאומיות
ככל שנתונים מעובדים מחוץ למדינתך, ניישם אמצעי הגנה מתאימים כנדרש.
11) אבטחה
אנו נוקטים באמצעים סבירים להגנת המידע. אף שיטה אינה מאובטחת ב־100%.
לגבי משתמשים מישראל, עיבוד מידע אישי מתבצע בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, והתקנות מכוחו.
12) שינויים במדיניות
יתכנו עדכונים מעת לעת. תאריך “עודכנה לאחרונה” משקף את הגרסה העדכנית. שינויים מהותיים יודגשו כנדרש.
